General Requests, on the other hand, are shorter tasks. Most of these involve simple go-fers, escorting, or deliveries. Some don’t offer rewards, but they do help raise a Pokémon’s comfort level.

To get a request, find a Pokemon with a persistent speech bubble on the top of their heads and speak to them. They will talk about needing something and will ask you to do a task for them.

To check any pending requests, you can open the Requests menu from the main menu. This is useful if you have accepted several tasks and need to keep track of them.

One primary reward for completing requests are moves, which are unlocked once you complete certain requests. These will let you change the environment, create habitats, gather materials, and access other areas in the world.

Completing requests will also raise the comfort level of the requester, which is a stat that shows how satisfied a Pokemon is while living in habitats or houses that you have built.
Comfort levels also raise the Environment Level of a biome, which is the total of the comfort levels of all Pokemon living within an area.
