How to Get Twine
Use Cut on Textile Garbage
To get twine, you will need to use Cut on textile garbage such as cloth and cobwebs. These objects are usually found in and around abandoned buildings.
Dropped By Spinarak
Spinarak can start producing twine after you met them. They will drop the item around its habitat, so be sure to pay their home a visit if you need to stock up on twine.
