The most reliable way to obtain certain Berries is to Headbutt Berry trees. Simply press the A button in front of a tree to shake it with a Headbutt and make the Berries fall from it.
Unlike other Moves, Headbutt is an innate ability and is usable without consuming PP or learning from other Pokemon.

Be sure to always restore dried-out trees that you find using Water Gun, as it can increase the amount of trees you can get berries from.

If you wish to have more berry trees, you can use berry tree seeds to plant them.
You may find seeds in Pokeballs in the overworld. Alternatively, you can chop down trees with cut and obtain their seeds.

You may copy any berry tree with the 3D printer in any rebuilt Pokemon Center. You will need to use the camera to take a reference photo of the berry of your choosing first.

Pokemon with the Trade Specialty can offer you berries in exchange for items of equal value.
You can trade items in any area with a table and working cash register. Alternatively, you may do trades in rebuild Pokemon centers, as the cash registers there do not need electricity.

Other Pokemon can give you all sorts of things, including Berries. Talk to your Pokemon pals whenever they approach you or when you see speech bubbles on their heads and see if they give you a Berry, if not a material or a Request!
