Environment Level can be raised by increasing the Comfort Level of Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia. Learn how to raise Environment Level, and the rewards for raising it here!

How to Raise Environment Level
Increase Comfort Level
You will need to raise the Comfort Level of your Pokemon in order to raise the Environment Level. Comfort Levels can be increased by decorating habitats according to a Pokemon's preference.
We recommend raising the Environment Level to at least Level 5 for each area.
Ask Pokemon To Check On Their Comfort Level
You can check on the Comfort Level of Pokemon by asking them "How's your comfort level?". This will allow you to see their current Comfort Level and receive hints on what a Pokemon is looking for.
Befriend New Pokemon
Befriending new Pokemon will also increase your Environment Level. Pokemon can either spawn in habitats, or be encountered in the wild. If you encounter a Pokemon in the wild, you will need to build them a habitat according to their request in order to befriend them.

Build Houses For All Pokemon
The fastest way to increase your Environment Level is by moving Pokemon into buildings. Building homes for your Pokemon make it easier to increase their Comfort Level, and gives you more room to decorate.
Check the Pokedex for Preferences
The Pokedex can show you the favorites and ideal habitats of specific Pokemon. When you decorate a home with a Pokemon's preferred items, it will greatly increase their Comfort Level.
Complete Requests
Completing Requests increases the Comfort Level of Pokemon. Pokemon also tend to reward you with new moves, recipes, items, or decorations when you complete their requests. This will give you more tools for increasing the Environment Level.
Environment Level Rewards
More Shop Items
Levelling Up Your Environment Level unlocks new Shop Items in the PC. This will get you access to more decorations, items, building kits, and habitat hints to improve your environment.
Best Items to Buy First
More Challenges
You will also unlock new Challenges when you level up. New Challenges gives you more means of earning Life Coins, which can be used to purchase items from the Shop.
