How to Equip The Handy Bag

You Got a Handy Bag
Buy the Handy Bag From The PC. It will automatically be equipped after your purchase.

Placing Items in the Hand Bag
Place items from your Inventory to the Handy Bag tool bar using NSW - X.

Handy Bag Tool Bar
Press NSW - Right Analog Clickto keep the Handy Bag bar pinned in the overworld.

Using the Hand Bag
Use NSW - Dpad Left NSW - Dpad Rightto switch between items in the Handy Bag. To return an item to your main inventory, hold NSW - zL then press NSW - Y.

Moves cannot be switched
Note that while the Handy Bag is toggled, you cannot use NSW - Dpad Left NSW - Dpad Rightto switch between Pokemon Moves. Instead, hold NSW - L then use the Joystick to switch between Moves.

Handy Bag PC Shop Purchase
The Handy Bag can be purchased from the PC Shop for 500 Coins. It can be unlocked after reaching Environment Level 3 in the Withered Wasteland.

Quick Access for Items

Hand Bag Tool Access Bar
The Handy Bag provides a quick way to access important items or items that you often use without opening your inventory screen. This feature can be toggled on and off, so you can consider using the Handy Bag when you do specific tasks.

Cannot Use the D-Pad to Switch Moves

Keep in mind that you cannot switch Pokemon Moves using the D-pad buttons while the Handy Bag is out. You will need to hold down the Left Button and use the Joystick to switch Moves while in this mode.

Handy Bag as Extra Inventory Space
The Handy Bag is also useful as extra Item Storage. Even if you don't plan on using it as a quick access tool, it will still give you an extra 10 slots for your inventory.
