You can increase your Trainer Rank by progressing through the story and completing important requests in Pokemon Pokopia. Read on to learn how to increase your Trainer Rank and the rewards for increasing your Trainer Rank.

Complete Important Requests
You will need to progress through the game in order to increase your Trainer Rank. To do this, you will need to to do certain important requests that are linked to each area.
Reach Great Rank After Meeting Kyogre
The Great Trainer Rank is reached after meeting Kyogre. You will need to complete the Yawn up a storm! request! in order to progress to this point.
To clear this, you will have to increase the humidity in Withered Wasteland.
Reach Ultra Rank After Meeting Raikou and Volcanion
To reach the Ultra Trainer Rank, you will need to meet Raikou and Volcanion. This can be done by clearing certain important requests for Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges.
Should You Go to Bleak Beach or Rocky Ridges?
Meet Raikou in Bleak Beach
To meet Raikou, you will need to clear the Brighten Things Up request. You will need to increase the brightness in Bleak Beach by setting up lights and various power sources.
Brighten Things Up Walkthrough
Meet Volcanion in Rocky Ridges
You will need to complete the Time to Party! request in order to meet Volcanion. This involves increasing the mood in Rocky Ridges in order to throw a party.
Reach Master Rank After Meeting Mewtwo
You will need to complete the Rebuild the Huge Building request in order to meet Mewtwo. This will require you to rebuild all the floors of the big building in Sparkling Skylands.
To complete this request, you must collect the required materials and bring the required Pokemon to the building to complete each floor.

Rewards For Increasing Trainer Rank
Unlock New Areas
Increasing your Trainer Rank will help you open the green gates found around the map. Once you go through the gates, you will find new areas to explore, such as Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges.
You may find new items, Pokemon, and materials in these new areas. Progress through the story in order to make new discoveries!
