The Hype Specialty can improve the mood at a party in Pokemon Pokopia. See the list of Pokemon with Hype Specialty and how to use to improve the mood in Time to Party! Request here in this guide!
List of Contents

Ludicolo is the easiest Hype Pokemon you will encounter! You can unlock the Pokemon and its Habitat, Uplifting Duckweed, during the Time to Party! Request in Rocky Ridges.
Set up habitats that can attract Pokemon with the Hype Specialty, with the easiest one being the Hydrated flower bed! The Hydrated flower bed habitat can attract either Volbeat or Illumise.
How to Build Every Type of Habitat
Players can relocate Hype Pokemon and their Habitats to other areas to help Ditto restore other wastelands.
However, we do recommend having at least one Hype Pokemon in each area instead of having them relocate every time you move to another area. This is to reduce the hassle and keep you engaged in finding new Pokemon to befriend.

During the Time to Party! Request in Rocky Ridges, lead the Pokemon with Hype Specialty to where near Rotom is located. This will gradually improve the mood in the party and progress the main story.
Party Specialty Guide: How to Start a Party

Pokemon with Hype Specialty dances when there's music playing around the area. The music can come from a Pokemon with DJ Specialty or from a musical item, like a CD Player. The Hype Specialty is only used when there is a music around.
Additionally, when Pokemon with the Hype Specialty starts to dance, the mood of all the Pokemon nearby increases.
