You can visit Dream Islands by showing dolls to Drifloon in Pokemon Pokopia. Read on to find out how to visit Dream Islands and what you can do in these islands.

To unlock the Dream Island feature, you will need to have any doll in your inventory. Once you have one, you may speak to Drifloon to go to a Dream Island.

To meet Drifloon, you will need to progress through the story. The area where you can find Drifloon requires Rock Smash to access.
After meeting Drifloon, you will need to create the riding warm updrafts habitat, which requires three campfires.
Pokopia Walkthrough Guide

Dolls can often be found in glowing spots. To get them, use Rock Smash on the block with the glowing spot.

You may also interact with a doll in the overworld to summon Drifloon. Keep in mind that Drifloon will still bring you to the same island as before even if you interact with a different Pokemon doll on the same day.

Players can only visit one Dream Island per day. This Dream Island is associated with one type of doll.
Players may this Dream Island as many times as possible within the day.

Dream Islands may contain items that you have not yet obtained. Some items, such as Stardust can only be found in Dream Islands. It is best to pick up as many items as you can.

If you are running out of inventory space, you may opt to take Reference Photos of items in the Dream Island. This will allow you to duplicate these items using the Pokemon Center's 3D Printer.
Each dream island is fixed according to its associated plush. This means that there are no rare Dream Islands.
