Withered Wasteland Environment
Withered Wasteland consists of grassy fields and caves that contain Pokemetal Fragments and make up the remains of Fuchsia City. Kyogre, the Sea Basin Pokemon, appears here after you complete the area's questline.

The area contains three gates: the northwest gate leads to Rocky Ridges, the northeast gate leads to Bleak Beach, while the northern gate leads to Sparkling Skylands.

Pokemon Center Has Wooden Flooring

The Pokemon Center in Withered Wasteland has a wooden flooring finish and is located at the center of the area.

You can rebuild the Pokemon Center after raising the Environment Level to 3, purchasing the Pokemon Center Rebuilding Kit from the Shop for 1000 Life Coins, and adding the required materials and Pokemon.
