Use a Demolition Kit

Pokemon Pokopia - Demolition Kit

You can buy a Demolition Kit from the shop to remove fixed houses. This kit will only work with fixed houses, and it won’t work on houses that were manmade using blocks.

How to Build Houses and Structures

Use Rock Smash or Rollout

Pokemon Pokopia - Rock Smash and Rollout

Alternatively, you can use Pokemon moves like Rock Smash and Rollout to destroy houses manually. However, this method only works on houses that were built using blocks.

Make sure you have these moves as your active move, which should be visible on the bottom right section of your screen.

What to Do Before Demolishing a House

Remove Everything Inside

Pokemon Pokopia - Cannot Demolish with Furniture

Before demolishing your house, you must remove everything inside to utilize the demolition kit. This includes the furniture and Pokemon that are residing inside.

If the house is made of blocks, you don't have to remove furnitures and Pokemon. You can use Pokemon moves like Rock Smash and Rollout to destroy it manually, but do note that the Pokemon inside will feel sad, as they are forcefully evicted.
