Step Objectives

Objective 1
To start, look for dry grass and water it. There should be plenty at the start of the game, so simply water them as soon as you meet Squirtle. Water ten patches to progress.
2
Objective 2
After watering ten patches of dry grass, talk to Bulbasaur. Bulbasaur will teach you the move Leafage, which can be used to grow more tall grass!

For completing this request, you can get Leafage as a reward. Make sure to follow each step if you need this reward to progress.
