List of Contents

Rare Pokemetal may be obtained by processing Rare Pokemetal fragments into a smelting furnace with the help of a Pokemon with the Burn Specialty. It takes some time to process, so try to stock up and keep your Pokemon friends busy!
Rare Pokemetal fragments have a low chance of dropping from Pokemetal Blocks, which can be destroyed using the enhanced Rock Smash.
The recipe for Smelting Furnace may be obtained by meeting Magmar during the Rocky Ridges main story.
How to Get Rare Pokemetal Fragments

You can find Pokemetal Blocks to get Rare Pokemetal fragments from in the Withered Wasteland mine. The mine entrance is located north of the island, and it is blocked by a gate fence that can be removed using enhanced Cut.
To find the Pokemetal inside, proceed down the steps after entering, then immediately turn left at the fork and follow the railway track.
