You can befriend Ho-oh by using the Transparent Bell to summon the Legendary Pokemon to your location in Pokemon Pokopia. Read on to learn more about Ho-oh, its habitat, specialty, likes, requests, and how to befriend it!

How to Get Ho-oh
Use Transparent Bell When Ho-oh Roams the Sky
You can use the Transparent Bell to summon Ho-oh to your location once you've seen the Legendary Pokemon roaming the sky. From there, a cutscene will play out which will result to Ho-oh being registered to your Pokedex.
Do note that you can only befriend and register Ho-oh at this point, but you will not be able to bring the Legendary Pokemon into your habitat.

The Transparent Bell recipe can be claimed once you've registered Raikou, Entei, and Suicune in your Pokedex.
Ho-oh Drops the Rainbow Feather Item
Ho-oh drops a unique and rare item called the Rainbow Feather, which players can acquire by checking for any thinly-formed smoke that appear in any nearby area where Ho-oh has flown.
