Pokemon Pokopia - How to Save
Pokemon Pokopia game data is saved through autosave or by quitting the game from the menu. Read on to learn how to save the game.

Autosave Game Data

Autosave Feature
The game saves its data through the autosave feature. An icon will pop up on the upper left corner of the screen whenever the game is autosaving.

When the game is autosaving, do not exit the game or turn off your console.

Save and Quit in the Menu

Manually Save and Quit the Game
You can manually save the game after opening the menu. Press the Plus Button to open the menu, then press the Minus Button in the menu to save and quit the game.

It is ideal to use this to make sure all your progress is saved. You may do this if you are finished with your gaming session.

How Many Save Files Can You Use?

One Save File Per Profile

Like most Pokemon games on the Switch systems, Pokopia has one save file per profile. If you want to start a second save, you may do so in a separate profile in the same Switch 2.
