Step Objectives

Objective 1
Make a Mossy Boulder Habitat for Graveler. You can do this in the hot springs by using a Powered-Up Leafage around the nearest boulder.

Objective 2
Talk to Graveler to learn Rollout. With Rollout, you can travel around faster compared to just sprinting. You do need to manually jump over ledges, however.

Objective 3
Use Rollout and talk to Machoke outside of the Hot Springs. He'll send you back to Graveler afterward to tell him that they no longer need to train together, which ends the request.

For completing this request, you can get Rollout as a reward.

Rollout Can Be Used to Destroy Blocks

Smashing Boulders

If you power up your Rock Smash, you can use Rollout to roll your way through blocks, even sturdy ones. To do this, press ZR while using the move and hit the boulders you want to destroy.

This is a great way to clear out the area, especially in Rocky Ridges, where the map is full of stray blocks.
