Rototiller is a Move that is mainly used for tilling dirt and grass to turn them into crop fields to plant seeds. It is considered a Pokemon Move, so it will consume PP when used.

You can use the crop fields that you have tilled by planting flower and tree seeds on them. Seeds have different growth times depending on the crop. However, Pokemon with the Growth specialty can expedite the growing process.

How to Learn Rototiller

Find Drillbur

Pokemon Pokopia - Drillbur Location

Drillbur can be found on the right side of the Pokemon Center. It is blocked by stones and can only be accessed by smashing them using the Rock Smash.

Once you have access to the area, approach the small pond located on the left side, and Drillbur will appear.

How to Use

Equip Rototiller and Press ZR

Pokemon Pokopia - Active Move

Make sure you have Rototiller as your active move, which should be visible on the bottom right section of your screen. With Rototiller as your active move, the blocks on the ground will be your targets.

Press ZR on your controller in order to till the highlighted area. You can hold ZR to continuously till and move around while doing so.
