CDs can be obtained by using Rock Smash on Glowing Spots. Spawn locations and drops for these spots are random, so be sure to keep an eye out for them.
Glowing Spots will disappear after interacting with a certain number of them, but more will spawn the following day.
Lucky Days can trigger randomly at the start of a day. During this time, more glowing spots and sparkling ripples will spawn.
You will be notified in-game when a Lucky Day occurs.

The Dowsing Machine can help you locate nearby glowing spots. To use it, you will need a Search specialty Pokemon with you.
You can get the Dowsing Machine after completing the Check what's up there request from Hitmonchan.

After meeting DJ Rotom, you can give them any CDs you find. This will allow you to change the music that plays in town.
Giving CDs to DJ Rotom will also help complete Requests from them.

You can also change the music by using a CD with a CD Player. These can be obtained through crafting.
