Objective 1
Head west of the Pokemon Center and look for a glowing spot. Break it to get a guaranteed Eevee Doll.

Objective 2
Show the Eevee Doll to Drifloon to complete the quest. You can now visit Dream Islands as long as you have a doll in your inventory.
3
Objective 3
With Dream Island, you can visit random islands with rare items. Take pictures of the items you do not have there and go to the Pokemon Center to duplicate them.

For completing this request, you can get Dream Island as a reward.
