Peakychu is a ghostly white Female Pikachu as shown by its tail. Her ears are also drooping down.

All of her pre-release images show her only appearing at night and surrounded by a bed of Petunias, which symbolize deep regret and resentment, which could point into an alternative Ghost-typing.
