A new day in Pokemon Pokopia starts every 5 AM in local time. See what happens when a new day resets and what you can do.

New Days in Pokemon Pokopia begin everyday at 5 AM system time. This means that whenever your device's local clock hits 5 AM, it counts as a new day reset in Pokopia, and comes with the benefits of time-based progression.

Usually, you will likely have buildings that are currently under construction and are slated to be completed the next day. As soon as the clock hits the 5 AM mark and the day progresses, these buildings will be marked as complete.
How to Build Houses and Structures

When the day resets, plants that require multiple stages to grow will advance a stage to indicate time passing.

Everyday, Drifloon can take you to new Dream Islands, giving you new sources of items such as Stardust.

Certain events in the game are time-gated, meaning a good amount of time needs to pass before these events are triggered, such as the initial meeting for Zorua and the Hide-and-Seek game.

Items in the PC Shop will replenish when a new day starts, allowing you to once again purchase limited quantity items, and Den kits to build new structures with.
This also goes the same for Pokemon-run shops and vending machines, as well as the Pokemon Center's healing feature.

When a new day begins, you will gain access to new Daily Challenges as they reset on a daily basis.

Glowing Spots will also reset, allowing you to find new spots to farm ancient trinkets from.
