Give Iron Ingots to Tinkmaster
As of right now, Tinkmaster (Tinkaton) is the only source for Tinkagears. Give Tinkmaster an iron ingot to process it into Tinkagears. One iron ingot will yield three Tinkagear.
You'll meet Tinkmaster naturally as you progress through the main story in Sparkling Skylands.
