Professor Tangrowth is a special Tangrowth that serves as the Pokemon Professor in Pokopia. It used to live with a human professor who happens to own the pair of glasses that Tangrowth has on its chest.
This special Pokemon will be the one to guide you when you first start the game, and can immediately be found first in Withered Wasteland.
