Effect
The upper limit for the amount of damage that can be inflicted is increased so that it can exceed 9999.

99,999 is the new damage limit

Despite saying the damage will exceed 9999, a new hard cap of 99,999 will actually be the new limit. It is impossible to exceed the new damage cap aside from multi-hitting move.
