Sleep Very Still for Slumbering Sleep Type
To encounter Sudowoodo after your sleep session, you need to get the Slumbering sleep type. You can get this sleep type by not moving much during your sleep session. However, if you spend several hours not moving at all, the game may think you are no longer asleep beside it.
This Pokemon may appear if you have slept soundly during the previous night.
