How to Get Mew
Place 27 Mysterious Slates on the Mysterious Mural
You will need to place all 27 Mysterious Slates on the Mysterious Wall, with each slate designated on a corresponding letter of the Unown Alphabet.
How to Complete the Mysterious Mural
Check Northeast of the Withered Wasteland Pokemon Center to Find Mysterious Mural
The Mysterious Wall is located somewhere northeast of the Withered Wasteland Pokemon Center. You will need to use Rock Smash and break the wall nearby the Pokemon Center and also the wall that you encounter on the left to find a staircase leading downwards.

Break Glowing Blocks to Get Mysterious Slates
You can acquire Mysterious Slates by breaking the glowing blocks you find in the area. You can also try using a Dowsing Machine and a Pokemon with the Search Specialty to make your probing easier.
Assign Mew a House
Once you befriend Mew, you also need to assign a habitat or house for it so it can stay somewhere. You can make Mew follow you and bring it to a habitat or house that has a vacant spot and let it stay there.
