Ancient One's Trial Walkthrough

The Ancient One's Trial is set at the very top of Chalk Peak's highest mountain. Follow this step-by-step guide to scale the heights and participate in the event!

	Teleport to the Teleportation Tower located north of Gaia Military Base in Chalk Peak. Coordinates: 2752, -5642

	After teleporting, take a quick stroll through the short tunnel just a bit southwest of the Teleportation Tower.

	Directly after the short tunnel, look north toward the cliffside and follow it as it winds up the mountain.

	Follow the cliffside up—it will have a path that should be visible and easy to follow.

	Once you reach the top of the cliffside, continue ascending toward the mountain's peak. When you arrive, wait for a plane deviant to land for the event—an icon will appear if the event is available. We recommend setting up a camp at the summit as a respawn point in case you fall off the plane and need to make a quick comeback.

	Use the updraft to leap onto the plane's back and interact with the red glowing orb to kick off the event.

How to Prepare for the Ancient One's Trial

Bring an LMG or Weapons With Unstable Bomber or Bounce Effect

We recommend using a precise Light Machine Gun or weapons with Unstable Bomber or Bounce effect. Sniper Rifles and Shotguns will be too slow for this event. Make sure you are geared up for rapid shooting and high accuracy!

Bring Loads of Ammo

With so many balloons to pop and the event lasting several minutes, make sure to stockpile plenty of ammo to keep the popping party going!

Shoot the Balloons Prioritize the Black Balloons Keep Popping as the Plane Takes Off Pop, Rotate, and Keep Your Balance

Shoot the Balloons

Once the trial begins, colorful balloons will start popping up. Each balloon is worth different points, so keep your eyes peeled:

• Gold Balloons: +20 points
• Red Balloons: +10 points
• Blue Balloons: +5 points
• Black Balloons: Trigger an AoE explosion

Prioritize the Black Balloons

Your top priority should be the Black Balloons, especially if they are surrounded by other balloons. These will explode and award points for the balloons around them. When the Black Balloons are not in sight, focus on the Gold Balloons—they offer the most points and are your best bet for high scores!

Keep Popping the Balloons as the Plane Takes Off

Blast the balloons as quickly as possible while the Plane Deviant starts to take off and fly. You will need to keep firing at the balloons throughout the flight. Position yourself at the front of the plane to spot any balloons that might be hidden from your view!

Pop, Rotate, and Keep Your Balance

You will need to rotate and blast those balloons as quickly as you can. Watch your step—the plane is as stable as a high-wire act! The event will wrap up after a set time, and the plane will make its descent. Your rewards will be based on the points you rack up during your airborne balloon-busting spree.

Can't Interact With the Red Orb

Occasionally, you may find that you are unable to interact with the red orb to start the event. There is currently no known workaround for this issue. Try relogging and see if that resolves the problem.

Ancient One's Trial Rewards

Ancient One's Blessing

Based on your total points, you will receive Ancient One's Blessing I, II, or III. These blessings contain rewards such as Stellar Planula, Stardust Source, Barreled Premium Fuel, and Portable Mixed Fuel. Aim high to claim the best blessings!
