What makes Chefs in Once Human great is that they can do Creative Cooking, letting you pick ingredients to craft your own dishes, but the best thing about them is that stack four buffs at once: two food buffs and two drink buffs.
While any setup can work, we've put together one of the best Chef builds you can try out. Use them as inspiration to find what fits your playstyle best.
This chef build features Silent Anabasis Frost Vortex Build, which focuses on summoning Ice Crystals with Frost Vortex, then shattering them for a massive 300% Psi Intensity burst.
Chef Best Weapon
M416 Silent Anabasis
While any weapon can work, for this chef build, we're using M416 - Silent Anabasis: 10% on-hit Frost Vortex procs spawn Ice Crystals. Manually shattering a crystal deals 300% Psi Intensity damage and grants +60% Frost Elemental DMG per crystal (stacks to 15).

Chef Best Armor Set
3-Piece Shelterer, 2-Piece Savior, and Snow Camo Gloves
Again, the best armor for Chef varies by build, but you'll want gear that syncs with your primary weapon. But since we're making a sample best build with Silent Anabasis Frost Vortex Build, we're running this set for Element and Status DMG - especially since the Snow Camo Gloves make Ice Crystals even more cracked.

Use Snowsprite for the Frost Vortex Build

This mod setup above for our Silent Anabasis build stacks raw Weapon DMG, Frost Vortex boosts, and Status multipliers. Bullet Siphon and Covered Advance ramp up damage uptime, while Lingering Frost and Vortex Multiplier empower your Frost Vortex and Ice Crystals.
The Vulnerability Amplifier is for your secondary weapon (AWS.338 - Bullseye or Bingo).
