The Space Turner deviant is obtained by completing any Door Puzzle you see in the overworld, which is an overworld puzzle that can be found at different areas of the map. A common place to find one is at Chalk Peak at (3350, -4712).

Note: This is not a guaranteed drop so you may have to make multiple attempts to get one!

Complete the Escape Dayton Hospital Puzzle by completing the quest at Dayton Hospital at Dayton Wetlands (5771, -4529), you can obtain a Space Turner at the last part of the mission.

Space Turner is a Crafting Deviant

Crafting Deviants' main purpose is to produce special materials that let you craft exclusive items like Whim Elixirs and Tactical Items which provide various buffs in the overworld.

Collect Spatial Keystone

Wait for Space Turner to produce its signature material, Spatial Keystone, in its Securement Unit. When you have collected enough materials, you can start crafting Space Twister!

Try to fix up its environment to its preferred one to maximize the output of materials!

Craft Tactical Item: Space Twister

Space Twister is the Recipe that will become craftable once Space Turner has been placed in an Isolated Securement Unit. Even if you remove it from the display, you can still craft Space Twisters at your workbench.

Used To Teleport Teammates to your Location

Using a Space Twister will send an invite your party members so they can be teleported to your current location.
