How to Build a Base
Build your own base by marking an area as your Territory with the T key and then entering Build Mode using the B key. When you're in Build Mode, hit right click to bring up a menu of items that you can build.
Note that most items are locked behind Memetics that are accessed by allocating the Ciphers you get from World Tasks and leveling up.
