Better Criticals

Better Criticals further increases Critical Damage. You can possibly kill an enemy instantly with this perk since your criticals will pack an extra punch.

Critical Banker

Critical Banker allows you to save a critical hit and use it later when you need it the most. This also lets you spam critical hits consecutively in V.A.T.S. if you have a lot saved up.

Mysterious Stranger

Mysterious Stranger is an NPC that randomly appears in V.A.T.S. to do deal additional damage to your target. Having this friendly fellow on your side may save your life by finishing your opponent if ever you weren't able to kill them in V.A.T.S. mode.

Grim Reaper's Sprint

Grim Reaper's Sprint has a slight chance to restore all Action Points (AP) upon successfully killing an enemy in V.A.T.S. mode. This alone allows you to use V.A.T.S. continuously in combat.

What Does Luck Affect?

Recharge Rate of Critical Hits

Luck speeds up the recharge rate of the Critical Hits meter, letting you execute criticals often while in V.A.T.S. mode!

Unlocks Luck Perks

Leveling up the Luck stat will allow you to unlock perks under its Perk Tree. The higher you invest points in Luck, the more perks will become available to unlock.

Keep in mind that you will still need to level up your character, as some perks require a certain level before you can unlock them.
