Special Delivery Walkthrough

1. Go to Cabot House
2. Talk to Jack Cabot and Edward
3. Talk to the Guard Captain
4. Recover the Package
5. Return Serum to Cabot House

Go to Cabot House

The first part of this quest will have you talking with Jack Cabot. Go to the Cabot House indicated on the map.

Use the intercom and ask about Jack Cabot to enter.

Talk to Jack Cabot and Edward

Edward will be the one to give you instructions for the quest. However, before you can speak with him, you must first talk to Jack. Answer all of Jack's questions, and he will then direct you to Edward.

Edward will tell you to go to Parsons Asylum and talk to Maria, the Guard Captain, about the shipment.

Talk to the Guard Captain

Map	Location

Head over to Parsons Asylum and find Maria patrolling outside the building. Talk to her and ask about the whereabouts of the package.

Recover the Package

Maria will tell you to go to Parsons Creamery and kill the target. Parsons Creamery is located just north of the Asylum, follow the target on your Pip-boy.

Kill the target and recover a Mysterious Serum from the raider. This Serum is the package.

What to Do With Mysterious Serum

Return Serum to Cabot House

After all these, you can head back to the Cabot House and either return the Serum or take a chance and lie about it, keeping it for yourself.

Your Charisma may need to be at a high enough level to persuade them about the Serum being lost though, so keep this in mind.
