Obtained from MacCready Upon Finding the Executive Terminal

Fallout 4 - Executive

Jacob's Password will be given to by MacCready after locating the Executive Terminal in Med-Tek Research. You will hear MacCready say “Check the terminal on the desk over there. Sinclair's password better work, or we're screwed.” Afterward, Jacob's Password will automatically be added to your inventory.
