Eastern Part of Boston

The Castle is located at the eastern shore of Boston. It is located at the east of General Atomics Factory and South Boston Police Department.

You will eventually go to The Castle, during the Minutemen quest, Taking Independence.

Loot	How to Get
Guns and Bullets issue #8	On the radio operator's desk.
Fat Man	In the armory which is accessed during or after Old Guns quest.
Mini Nuke	In the armory which is accessed during or after Old Guns quest.
The Last Minute	Can be purchased from Ronnie Shaw within the Castle.Appears as a weapons vendor after completing the quests Taking Independence and Old Guns.
Bottle message #2	By the water's edge outside the southeast bastion.
Stealth Boy x 2	Behind the large metal door in the armory.

Complete Taking Independence

You can unlock The Castle as a settlement after completing the Minutemen quest, Taking Independence.

How to Power Up The Castle

Build a Generator

Build a medium or large generator and connect it to the wirings in The Castle. This should give The Castle enough power.

Taking Independence is a Minutemen quest where the player needs to wipe out Milelurks to claim The Castle back for the Minutemen.
