Meet Knight-Captain Cade

Fallout 4 - Knight-Captain Cade

From the cafeteria, head back to the hallway and enter the room on the right. You’ll find Knight-Captain Cade there, who will give you a medical exam as you speak.

Meet Proctor Quinlan

Fallout 4 - Proctor Quinlan Location

From the infirmary, head to the room across from it to locate Proctor Quinlan. Speaking to him will start a miscellaneous quest, although you don't have to complete it to finish this one.

Meet Proctor Teagan

Fallout 4 - Proctor Teagan Location

Next, head back to the cafeteria and enter the opposite hallway to the Power Armor room. At the very back of the room, you'll find Proctor Teagan in a stall.

Meet Proctor Ingram

Fallout 4 - Proctor Ingram Location

After speaking to Proctor Teagan, you can either wait in the Power Armor room or take the stairs down to the bottom deck to find Proctor Ingram. Unlike the first three personnel, Proctor Ingram roams the ship and can mostly be found in either location.
