2076 World Series Baseball Bat is the best baseball bat you can get in the game. You can also apply additional mods to it to improve its overall damage.

If you don't have this weapon yet, you can stick with a regular Baseball Bat, although it won't be as strong as the 2076 World Series Baseball Bat.

Chinese Officer Sword has good range with decent damage and speed, making it good for all types of players. You can mod the Chinese Officer Sword to add bonus bleeding and energy damage.

Ripper

Ripper works similarly to a chainsaw, but with shorter range. It will continuously damage enemies as you hold the attack button.

You can mod the Ripper to add a chance to disarm or inflict bleeding to targets.

Grognak's Axe

Grognak's Axe is a pure physical and bleeding damage melee weapon with no available mods. It is one of the highest base damage melee weapons in the game, even if it cannot be modded.

Shishkebab is a hybrid melee weapon that can inflict physical and energy damage. Organic and robotic enemies won't stand against this melee weapon because of that.

Super Sledge is a Sledgehammer variant that can inflict almost double the physical damage a regular Sledgehammer can do. However, it is slow compared to other melee weapons, so be more accurate with each swing to avoid leaving yourself open for attacks.

You can mod it to add energy damage on each hit.
