Liberty Reprimed Walkthrough

Liberty Reprimed Objectives

1. Talk to Proctor Ingram
2. Ask Dr. Li to Work On Liberty Prime

5. Meet Scribe Haylen at Waypoint Echo

Talk to Proctor Ingram

To start, head back to the Boston Airport and talk to Proctor Ingram about the special project. She will then lead you to the next room, where she will discuss rebuilding Liberty Prime.

Ask Dr. Li to Work On Liberty Prime

Next, head back to the Prydwen and talk to Dr. Li about working on Liberty Prime. You can find her in the Power Armor Garage, just ahead of the cafeteria on the main deck.

Ask Professor Scara if Dr. Li is not Available

In case you've failed to bring Dr. Li back to the Brotherhood of Steel during From Within faction quest, Proctor Ingram will ask you to recruit Professor Scara instead. You can ask Dr. Duff about her in the Science Room in Diamond City and then go to the Back Alley Bowling in General Atomics Galleria to find her.

Get the High-Powered Magnet

Head to Milton General Hospital to find the needed High-Powered Magnet. To avoid confusion, it's best not to enter from the main lobby, as navigating through broken floors and finding accessible elevators can be tricky.

Instead, take a shortcut by using the connecting bridge from Fallon's Department Store. At the very top of the spiral staircase, there's a path that connects the two buildings. Entering from here immediately takes you to the room of the elevator you need to take.

Take the Elevator to Find the High-Powered Magnet

From the entrance, continue moving north until you reach an elevator. Take the elevator and go to the room directly across from it to find a chest containing the High-Powered Magnet!

Build 4 Electro Magnetic Actuator

After obtaining the High-Powered Magnet, head back to Boston Airport and go to the Workshop. With the new magnet, you can now build an Electro Magnetic Actuator under the Special category, and to progress this quest, you need to build at least 4.

Purchase High-Powered Magnet from Shops

You can buy more High-Powered Magnets from shops, such as Myrna's in Diamond City, if you need more to build Electro Magnetic Actuators.

Meet Scribe Haylen at Waypoint Echo

Next, head to Waypoint Echo and meet Scribe Haylen. Talk to her to get the Distress Signal that you'll need later on as you navigate the Glowing Sea.

Enter the Sentinel Site Prescott

Enter the Sentinel Site Prescott and drop down using the elevator on the right. Once landed, descend further by dropping down from the hole in the elevator to reach the next room. Since there is no other safe way to descend, having your Power Armor on in this quest is crucial. It also grants you resistance to radiation as you explore the Glowing Sea before reaching the site.

After exiting the elevator, open the gates by hacking the terminal on the left. Proceed further once opened and enter the open pipe just across the room.

Use the Other Terminal to Gain Access to the Elevator

While in the room, you can also use the other terminal to activate the elevator. This will allow you to use it later on as you make your way back to Boston Airport.

Navigate the Pipes and Reach Brother Henri

Next, find Brother Henri by navigating the pipes. To reach him, follow the long path until you reach the farthest end, then turn right. Once you reach another end after turning, enter the hole in the wall on the left.

Proceed through another hole in the wall on the farthest right and continue forward until you reach another fork in the road. Take the path on the right, and this should lead you to Brother Henri's room.

Defeat All Ghouls and Rabid Molerats

When entering these pipes, hordes of feral ghouls and rabid molerats will attack you. Fortunately, they are weak, so it's best to use explosives to defeat them easily in one go.

Get the Password from Brother Henri

Talk to Brother Henri by opening the door on the right. If you have high Charisma perks, you can convince him to give you the password. Otherwise, you'll have to fight him and his Atom's Wrath to obtain the password. Once you have it, use the password on the terminal to the right to open the Mark 28 Nuke Stockpile.

Activate the Distress Signal

Once you've gained access to the Stockpile, activate the distress signal by placing it on the machine on the right. Leave the Sentinel Site after by using the elevator from earlier.

Report Back to Proctor Ingram

Head back to Boston Airport and report to Proctor Ingram. After a short discussion, Ingram will allow you to activate Liberty Prime by using the machine in front of it. Once the testing is done, talk to Proctor Ingram again to finish the quest!
