You can holster your weapon by holding down the reload button in Fallout 4 (FO4). Find out how to holster your weapon, the holster button command, and when to holster your weapon.

To holster your weapon, you need to hold down the Reload button. It is better opting to holster weapons than simply choosing to switch to Fists as it will take longer to switch back.
