Big Leagues is one of the early perks in the Strength Perk Tree that will increase your melee damage. There will be some scenarios where you will have to rely on melee weapons, so having this perk up will help you with those!

Armorer allows for more advanced armor mods once unlocked. It will help you upgrade your armor and have better resistances against hazards and attacks.

It's easy to get encumbered, as there are a lot of items you can pick up anywhere in Fallout 4. Strong Back will allow you to carry more items before reaching the carry weight limit!
Strong Back Perk - Is It Worth It?
Steady Aim will allow you to be more accurate with your hip-fire shots. It will help you hit enemies more accurately without aiming down sight (ADS).

Melee Damage | Melee Damage is the stat that affects your damage using melee weapons or unarmed strikes. |
Strength will allow you to carry more weight and deal increased melee damage against enemies.
Leveling up your Strength stat will unlock other perks under it in the Perk Chart. The greater the value of Strength, the higher the number of perks that you can unlock.
However, you will still need to level up your character, as most perks have it as another requirement!
