The Destroyer's Armor Set is the best armor set in Fallout 4 thanks to its Charisma and Intelligence stat boosts, as well as the increase in Damage Reduction and Movement speed.

Almost every combat build benefits from this Combat Armor, especially Commando builds that center around run-and-gun playstyles.

Freefall Armor are two leg pieces that, when worn together, completely ignores fall damage from any height.

This is very useful when traversing the ruined buildings in the Central Boston area, particularly Trinity Tower where you can rescue and recruit Strong as a companion.
