Effect
Shut up shop so that allied and enemy HP, MP and BP cannot be changed until the user's next turn. (However, usage costs for any abilities used in the meantime will still be deducted.)

Consumed Resources are lost

If you use an ability that consumes BP, HP, or MP while Sanctuary is in effect, the consumed resources will be lost. However, the damage inflicted will not be applied. Use Sanctuary's period to apply buffs or debuffs instead! Also, it can be used in conjunction with an enemy's banked BP to bait out their strong assault and take 0 damage!
