Pikachu with a Halloween Hat is a special variant of Pikachu dressed up to celebrate Halloween! This Pikachu is exclusive to the Halloween event, and it cannot be regularly encountered outside of this special event.

Halloween Hat Pikachu's typing, helping stats, and obtainable ingredients are the same as regular Pikachu's. However, Halloween Hat Pikachu has a different variant of Charge Strength S as its Main Skill.

Yes, Halloween Hat Pikachu can be found Shiny!

Shiny Halloween Hat Pikachu is just Shiny Pikachu wearing the Halloween Hat.

So far, all Pokemon added into Pokemon Sleep can be Shiny immediately upon their introduction. There are currently no known Shiny-locked Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep.
