A Handy Candy L can be obtained by purchasing the large First Anniversary Bundle for 3000 Diamonds, which should be available at the General Store from July 20 until August 3, 2024.

This bundle is available alongside the First Anniversary Fest to commemorate the first anniversary of the Pokemon Sleep app on July 20.

Currently, the only way to get a Handy Candy L is by getting a Premium Pass and maintaining your subscription for three months. Rewards are given every three months, so you can get multiple Handy Candy L items by keeping a Premium Pass subscription.
