Chili Sauce can be obtained randomly from vending machines. Each vending machine can dispense one drink per day, and Chili Sauce is one of the drink options that can drop from it.

Take note that vending machine drops are random, so you may not be able to get a bottle of Chili Sauce every day. Vending machines must be powered by electricity before you can use them.

Create Lava

Lava

If you've learned the move that allows you to suck up liquids, Chili Sauce can be consumed in order to create a lava source. This is useful when trying to create habitats in areas without any lava.

To do this, use the bottle of Chili Sauce to suck it up. Go to your desired location, and spit it out to make blocks of lava appear. It is recommended to spit out the lava into a pool-like area to prevent flooding.

The move required to use and consume vending machine drinks can be learned from Paldean Wooper during Piplup's Make a Waterfall request.
