How to Get Fresh Water

Random Drop from the Vending Machine

Withered Wasteland Vending Machines

Fresh Water can be obtained randomly from vending machines. Each vending machine can dispense one drink per day, and Fresh Water is one of the drink options that can drop from it.

Take note that vending machine drops are random, so you may not be able to get a bottle of Fresh Water every day. Vending machines must be powered by electricity before you can use them.

Fresh Water can be purchased from the PC Shop after reaching Environment Level 3 on Rocky Ridges.

How to Use Fresh Water

Create a Fresh Water Source

Spit Water Onto a Nearby Elevated Block

If you've learned the move that allows you to suck up liquids, Fresh Water can be consumed in order to create a fresh water source.

To do this, use the bottle of Fresh Water to suck it up. Go to your desired location, and spit it out to make blocks of fresh water appear. It is recommended to spit out the water into a pool-like area to prevent flooding.

The move required to use and consume vending machine drinks can be learned from Paldean Wooper during Piplup's Make a Waterfall request.
