Obtained From Bleak Beach

Bleak Beach Tomatoes
Tomatoes can be obtained by picking them up from out in the wild after reaching the Bleak Beach area. You can find a group of tomatoes growing west of the gate to Withered Wastelands after breaking some blocks with Rock Smash.

In order to get to Bleak Beach, you will first need some progress in the main story and reach Great Trainer Rank.

PC Shop Tomato Seeds
Tomato seeds will become available in the PC Shop for 50 Life Coins after reaching Environment Level 3 in Bleak Beach. Keep in mind that you also need access to Rototiller to plant these seeds and tend to them.

Tomatoes are mainly used to restore PP, allowing you to keep on using Moves learned from other Pokemon.
