Obtained From the Rocky Ridges

How to Get Wheat

You can obtain Wheat and its seeds by unlocking the Rocky Ridge area. The wheat is located south of the area, past the Pokemon Center. Make sure that you break up the debris on the waterways so that the sprinkler can work and the wheat grows.

Note that in order to access the Rocky Ridge area, you must first progress the main story and achieve the Great Trainer Rank.

Wheat seeds can be bought at the Pokemon Center shop for 50 Life Coins per set of five.

After unlocking the Bread Oven, you can use the Wheat to make bread. All you have to do is add one wheat and mix it with other ingredients to start baking the bread.

After unlocking Torkoal in the main story, you can get the recipe for Bread Oven.

Used for Requests

Used for Requests
You'll also need Wheat to finish some requests, such as Do the... Team Initiation Challenge? where you need to submit 10 wheat and Time to Party requires 15 wheat.

Once you have the move Rototiller, you can set up a field to plant the wheat. Remember to water the plant or have it planted near a source of water so that it can grow.

Have a Pokemon Use Grow on the Plants
You can bring a Pokemon with the Grow specialty close to your Wheat plant to help it grow faster.
