Reach the Museum in Rocky Ridges
Gimmighoul is a static encounter in the Rocky Ridges Museum. To reach it, head to the mine and take a right when you reach the magma section. Keep heading north and find a way to cross the magma to reach the museum. You can do this by either using blocks or Water Gun directly on the magma.
Once you're in the museum, speak to Gimmighoul and you'll befriend them. This also starts the Show Off a Rainbow Feather request.

Exchanges Rainbow Feathers, Silver Feathers, and Lost Relics for Furniture
After completing the Show Off a Rainbow Feather request, you can trade Rainbow Feathers, Silver Feathers, and Lost Relics for random furniture. Make sure to appraise them first, as Gimmighoul won't accept directly dug-up relics when exchanging.
