You can use a Scrummy Bone to fully heal up Oatchi's HP. You can even give him more at full health to temporarily raise his max HP.

You can purchase the Scrummy Bone from Russ at the Lab for 3 Raw Materials as soon as you unlock it.

You can access Scrummy Bone from your pack by holding Y and then pressing the right d-pad button. From here you can select the Scrummy Bone to use it.
For quick access to the Scrummy Bone, you can assign it to a shortcut. This will let you use the item immediately.
