Fusing Onions, in Pikmin 4, is a line of Side Missions where you need to fuse all 8 onions in the game. Read on to see an overview of the Fusing Onions mission, its rewards, how to unlock it, and how to complete it!

Fusing Onions is unlocked after rescuing Pitunia and interacting with her at the Rescue Command Post. She will be the 7th castaway you'll find and rescue from caves.
The side mission Fusing Onions will reward you with a total of 70 Raw Materials upon completion.

To complete the Fusing Onions side mission, you'll need to collect and fuse all onions in the game.
Acquiring an Onion of a specific color, and transporting it to your base will allow you to collect pellets during exploration to increase the number of Pikmin you have of the corresponding type.
