Jin, in Pikmin 4, is a civilian castaway that provides access to Dandori Challenges and related side missions. Read on to find out who Jin is, what feature he unlocks, how to get him, and his side missions!

The image shows the first Leafling encountered in the game.
Jin first appears in the game as a Leafling with a blank ID badge. Leaflings are rescued by participating in Dandori Battles found in exploration areas.
After rescuing a Leafling, they will remain unconscious at the Rescue Command Post until cured with Glow Saps. Glow Saps are acquired from Night Expeditions, which can be unlocked by rescuing Yonny.

After curing Jin, you can interact with him at the Rescue Command Post. He provides additional Dandori Challenges you can participate in.
In addition, Jin also provides side missions related to Dandori Challenges.
